IN-PERSON MEDIATIONS

                                                                                              SAFETY GUIDELINES

As DRC transitions back into offering in-person mediations for the public, safety guideline precautions to expect while at the DRC office are listed below:

• Parties are asked to use hand sanitizer available in each of the mediation rooms
  
• Social distancing of 4 ft. between parties will apply
  
• Mediations begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. or promptly at 1:00 p.m., depending upon when you mediation session has been scheduled.
  
• To minimize the amount of time in enclosed spaces, parties are asked to conclude mediation in no more than 3  hours and 45 minutes to allow the DRC staff will sanitize the mediation rooms after each mediation session.
  

 If you would like to schedule your mediation to be conducted in-person at our offices, please notify our staff members when booking your mediation session.

ZOOM MEDIATIONS

The DRC will continue to offer mediations conducted via Zoom.  If you would prefer your mediation to be conducted via, please notify our staff members when booking your mediation session
